In other words, the <strong>objective<\/strong> of The DOer&#8217;s Roadmap was to provide teachers with a clear curricular and cultural framework so that they&#8217;d\u00a0 feel more free to operate within it creatively. It also aimed to introduce them to DiscoveryOnstage generally and invite them become a part of a story in which both they and their students would be among its protagonists.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: Actor; color: #333333;\"><strong>Result<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Actor; color: #333333;\">The <strong>result<\/strong> was a more clear-eyed, enthusiastic, and engaged instructional team and a roster of students expressing, through surveys, improved levels of satisfaction compared to camps past.
